Shipping.

All orders have a 3-7 working days processing time. If we have completed your order before our stated processing time, we will ship out your order. We will try our best to get your order delivered to you as soon possible!

Local Delivery (Singapore).

We offer a flat $6 delivery and FREE delivery for orders above $88. We do not offer deliveries to restricted areas eg. Changi Airport, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre and other offshore islands.

*No deliveries will be made on public holiday

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled and ready to be dropped off.

Delivery is expected to be within 1-3 working days. Do note that processing time does not include delivery time. Delays may occur during peak periods.

 

Self Pick-up & Own Courier.

Please drop us a DM on instagram for available time slots before making your order and we will send over a discount code to waive off your delivery fee.

Take note that this option is subject to availability.

We will not be responsible for any damages/loss mail if you hire your own courier services.

 

International Shipping.

We currently offer International Shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Brunei, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, USA. 

International Shipping takes an estimate of 5-30 working days depending on the country and state, this excludes weekends and public holidays. Issues at customs may also cause delays.

All shipping rates are based off rates given by our shipping company. We are on a constant lookout for more affordable options. We thank you for your understanding!

Alternatively, you can choose to use your own forwarder. When completing your information, make sure that you use the shipping address that your freight forwarder has provided to you.
Afternoon Scent will not be responsible for any matters relating to your use of a freight forwarder, including, without limitation, problems with customs, damages caused by your freight forwarder, lost deliveries, or any other regulations that are mandated by your country.
Afternoon Scent will not provide refunds or replacement orders for any orders that ship via a freight forwarder.  

 

Wrong Address.

If you have entered in the wrong address, please contact us via our contact form or drop us a DM on instagram within 2 hours of your order.

Address cannot be changed once we make the booking with our delivery partner, and we will not be responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address.
