Refund Policy.

We are so sorry that something is wrong with your order. Let us help you!

The Terms and Conditions for your refund/replacement are as follows:

  • refunds/replacements MUST be requested within 7 days after parcel is delivered.
  • an unboxing video starting from when the package is sealed MUST be provided without any cuts or edits.
  • product must be UNUSED.
  • NO refunds/replacements will be made if you do not like the product.
  • NO refunds/replacement will be made for orders shipped with a freight forwarder.
  • refunds/replacements will ONLY be made for the faulty product, eg. broken glass.
  • broken snapbars will NOT be refunded or replaced.
  • shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
  • please email afternoonscent@gmail.com with the subject “Refund” with your name (used to place the order), order number, reason of refund and video of unboxing. We will respond to you accordingly and might ask for additional information if required.

 

Incorrect Address.

    Please contact us within 2 hours if your mailing address is inaccurate.

    Afternoon Scent will not be responsible for any parcels delivered to an incorrect address once the parcel has been shipped.

     

    Returns.

    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

     

    Cancellations.

    Cancellations can only be made if your orders has not been processed. If you wish to cancel your order/certain product, please email us afternoonscent@gmail.com immediately with the subject “Cancellation” with your name (used to place the order), order number and which product you would like to cancel. Orders that has started processing will not be accepted for cancellation.
